At our initial site visit we will gather from you any magazine articles, photos, and website searches that will help the creative phase of the project. In house computeraided-design allows you to SEE & MODIFY your project in real-time. Sketches and floor plans are available in just a few days for your review. Along with existing site photos, your file will contain "real world", fully dimensional objects specific to your plan. Utilizing the latest Building Information Modeling software, our CAD designers can create full color, 3D renderings. Upon design finalization, the contract is developed, signed, and accepted with a start date to begin your renovation. All materials are scheduled and ordered before construction begins. This is a crucial process that minimizes mistakes, delays and expensive searches for substitutions.
During the construction phase, you are encouraged to meet all of the skilled craftsmen that are working on your home. The relationships we forge with our customers is a large reason for our strong repeat and referral business. When your project is finished, we will walk you through and conduct a thorough inspection and orientation of your new space and its features.
